Villa Sari is a charming and attractively furnished country house located on a fully walled private property of approx. 1,100 m² on the outskirts of Kaštelir. From the villa you will enjoy a beautiful far, wide view of the sea. The garden and pool are fully south facing, allowing you to enjoy the sun all day long.

Privacy

The villa offers optimal privacy, as most of the property is shielded from the outside. The south and east sides are surrounded by trees, contributing to a peaceful and natural atmosphere. There is a spacious private parking lot on the property, suitable for several vehicles.

Private pool

Outside you will find a private pool of 32 m² (4 x 8 meters) with an outdoor shower, a spacious terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a covered area with barbecue and fireplace. Here you can enjoy dinner or relax with an aperitif.

Up to 8 people

The villa has a living area of about 168 sqm, divided into a basement of 50 sqm and a first floor of 118 sqm. The house is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate two families (up to 8 people).

What a great location.I have been there a few times and have always thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful, spacious and cozy house with all necessary amenities.And of course the spacious garden with the lovely swimming pool and BBQ.And all this in a beautiful, quiet environment with mostly nice weather; sometimes a bit warm, but that's what the pool is good for.

Were the 1st tenant and enjoyed a fantastic holiday in Villa Sari with all the necessary comfort, more than enough space and a lovely swimming pool with sun terrace and a beautifully manicured garden. This location had a lot of privacy, ample parking and all necessary amenities. More than enough supermarkets, nice shops and of course the picturesque town of Porec a short distance away. We enjoyed this villa for 3 weeks. Wonderful stay in a very spacious house with a nice swimming pool.Privacy is well guaranteed.Private, very spacious parking space next to the villa, but also a very beautiful garden with olive trees.Everything for daily life is readily available in the area.Taking a car is recommended.Had a great time!
